Our Bay House on beautiful Pleasant Bay features 200′ of private waterfront. We overlook the Bay, Nauset Beach, the Atlantic and Chatham. Sit on the deck and watch the boats sail by. Swim at the beach. Catch fish or dig clams for dinner. Bring your paddle boards or kayaks to get on the Bay. Enjoy a walk along the shore taking in the wildlife and picking up shells
The two-acre property with southern exposure is located at the end of a private drive in the estate area of South Orleans. Serene and quiet, built in the 1950’s with additions in the 1980’s, the ranch style house has everything you need for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation.
The expansive deck with its vistas is accessed from the living room, the dining room as well as the private entrance to a primary bedroom. Watch your family cook in the cheery well equipped kitchen from the bar area and then gather around the dining room table for meals and story telling.
Of the five bedrooms, two are queen bedroom ensuites. Both have access to the exterior with either a deck or a private patio. Two of the remaining bedrooms have sets of twin beds that can be used singularly or joined together to make a king bed. The fifth bedroom has a set of bunk beds. These three bedrooms share a full bath.
Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower, the central AC, WiFI, and a large area for parking. Cleaning and linens are provided. The property is available by the week from May through October and for 3-day stays in the off season.
